This policy is published by Milligram Health Pty Ltd (ACN 698 081 720) ("Milligram", "we", "us") under Washington's My Health My Data Act. It covers consumer health data collected through the Milligram app and milligramapp.com.
Consumer health data we collect and why
- Compounds, medications and protocols: the compounds you track, including prescription and unapproved compounds, their doses, routes, schedules and injection sites, the doses you log or skip, and the vials and batches you track. Used to show your schedule and history, send the reminders you set, and run the dose and reconstitution calculations you ask for.
- Body and profile details: age, sex, height, weight, body fat, goals, activity level, allergies and dietary preferences. Used to personalise calculations, targets and content.
- Check-ins and journal entries: ratings such as sleep, energy, mood, soreness and satiety, and the entries you write. Used to show your trends.
- Photos: progress photos, face and body scan photos and their analysis, and meal and supplement label photos. Used to show your progress and to analyse what you capture when you ask.
- Health records: bloodwork files you upload and the biomarker values extracted from them. Used to show and explain your results.
- Meals and nutrition: meals you log, their ingredients and nutrient values, saved recipes and meal plans. Used to track your nutrition and build the plans you ask for.
- Apple Health data, with your permission: body weight and body fat, sleep, steps and active energy, nutrition totals, and vitals (resting heart rate, heart rate variability, respiratory rate, blood oxygen and sleeping wrist temperature). Read on your device to show your full picture. It is not synced to our servers; figures leave your device only when a question you ask Milligram's AI assistant needs them.
- Conversations with Milligram's AI assistant, and the facts it remembers, which may include health information you choose to share. Used to answer you and to remember what you asked it to.
- Information derived from the above, such as scan results, suggested targets and meal plans. Used to show them to you.
We also use this data to keep your account secure and to support you when you contact us. We never use consumer health data for advertising.
Where it comes from
- From you, when you enter it in the app or upload a file or photo.
- From your device, with your permission: Apple Health and the camera.
- Generated by the app and its AI features from the data above.
Consumer health data we share, and with whom
- Service providers that process data on our behalf: cloud database and file storage hosting (all of the categories above that are stored in your account), and AI processing (only the data a request you make needs, such as the messages and context for a chat, the photos for a scan, or the file for a bloodwork reading).
- AI Connectors you choose to link, at your direction and with your separate consent: Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI (ChatGPT). Shared: the compounds in your stack, including prescription and unapproved compounds; your doses and schedules; doses you logged or skipped; and vials in stock and in use.
- An app on your own computer that you connect yourself, at your direction and with your separate consent. Shared: the same categories as for an AI Connector above. It is handled by whoever made that app.
- Government authorities and courts, where the law requires it.
We do not share consumer health data with affiliates, and we do not sell it.

You can:
- Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and get a copy of it, including a list of every third party and affiliate we have shared it with and how to contact them.
