How can we help?

Every message reaches someone who works on the app. Use the address that matches what you need and you will get a faster answer.

Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Milligram Pro is billed by Apple, so Apple is the only one who can change or cancel it. On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period you have paid for runs out.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds go through Apple rather than us, because Apple takes the payment. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple Account, and choose the purchase. If Apple turns it down and you think that is wrong, email support and we will take a look.

I paid for Pro but the app is not showing it

Open the upgrade screen and tap Restore, in the small print under the plan buttons. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it on. If it still will not show, close the app completely and open it again, which forces it to re-check with Apple.

How do I delete my account and everything in it?

Profile → Delete Account. That permanently removes your account along with your protocol, dose history, meals, health records and conversations. Deleting the app from your phone does not delete any of it, so do this first if that is what you want.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Profile → Export Data gives you your dose history as a CSV straight away. For a full copy of everything we hold, a correction, or to withdraw your data from research use, email support and we will sort it out.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Profile → Request a Feature sends it from inside the app. For bugs, email support with what you did, what happened, and what you expected instead. Screenshots help more than anything else.

Is Milligram available on Android?

Not yet. Milligram is iPhone only, and needs iOS 17 or later. There is no web version either, because the app keeps your data on your device rather than on a server.

Is there an Apple Watch app?

Yes, and it comes with the app at no extra cost. It shows your next dose and lets you log or skip it from your wrist, then syncs back to your iPhone.

Do you sell my data?

No. We do not build, sell, or share advertising profiles, and we never use health data for advertising. We do share a small amount of measurement data with advertising partners so we can tell which channels bring people to Milligram. The privacy policy lists exactly what that is.

Is Milligram medical advice?

No. It is a tracking tool. It records what you take and models what that does to your levels, but it does not know your circumstances and cannot tell you what is safe or appropriate for you. Talk to a qualified clinician about that.
